Business Development and Sales Manager

You would be a person WHO:
Owns the full sales cycle and be a direct point of contact for well-known enterprises
Has a successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Has experience (3+ years) in the IT industry in sales, account management, and business development, preferably professional services
Has a growth mindset, sees opportunities everywhere, and always finds a way
Applies innovative sales strategies and engagement models
Confidently speaks to and presents in front of prospects, decision makers/upper management
Has knowledge of the software development space (technologies, trends, competitors, etc.)
Can switch multiple task contexts throughout the day: from operative once to strategic and backward
In this role you will:
Manage both an existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities
Be in the role of a Customer Success Manager for Resolute’s accounts you're managing
Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies
Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies
Develop, implement, and execute overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
Align with the marketing, legal, service delivery, and engineering teams on project-related topics
Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
Travel for on-site client meetings, national trade shows and customer meetings
