Business Development and Sales Manager

You would be a person WHO:

  • Owns the full sales cycle and be a direct point of contact for well-known enterprises

  • Has a successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation

  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Has experience (3+ years) in the IT industry in sales, account management, and business development, preferably professional services

  • Has a growth mindset, sees opportunities everywhere, and always finds a way

  • Applies innovative sales strategies and engagement models

  • Confidently speaks to and presents in front of prospects, decision makers/upper management

  • Has knowledge of the software development space (technologies, trends, competitors, etc.)

  • Can switch multiple task contexts throughout the day: from operative once to strategic and backward

In this role you will:

  • Manage both an existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities

  • Be in the role of a Customer Success Manager for Resolute’s accounts you're managing

  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets

  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies

  • Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics

  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies

  • Develop, implement, and execute overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company

  • Align with the marketing, legal, service delivery, and engineering teams on project-related topics

  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

  • Travel for on-site client meetings, national trade shows and customer meetings
