Proud to announce: Resolute Software is now ISO certified!
We are thrilled to share that we were recently accredited with the world’s most distinguished quality management standard certificates – ISO 9001, 27001 and 20000.
They are based on a quality paradigm that centers around customer excellence, digital security, leadership, the business processes employed, as well as continuous and steady improvement. The awarded ISO 9001 standard testifies that Resolute Software has implemented software development processes and procedures that have been thoughtfully designed and meticulously tested according to the ISO international standards. The ISO 27001 and 20000 standards dig deeper into the subject and certify that Resolute Software delivers services in a secure and professional manner, abiding by the ISO’s Service Catalogue and the Statement of Applicability.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was founded in 1947 as an independent, non-governmental standard-setting body, formed by representatives from 164 national standards organizations. The organization brings together various domain experts who share knowledge and develop market-relevant international standards that support innovation and provide solutions to global challenges. It was originally established to focus on mechanical engineering. Today, ISO has published over 19,500 international standards that cover all aspects of technology and business.
ISO develops and publishes standards to certify organizations. Certification is handled by third-party bodies and must be tested annually. When a company is ISO-certified, the certificate ensures that the organization’s products and services are consistently reliable and high-quality. ISO 9001, 27000, and 20000, in particular, provide small and medium enterprises with guidance on developing and implementing an effective quality management system.
“Ensuring outstanding quality in everything we do, from understanding customers’ requirements and their ecosystem to analyzing their pain points to crafting engineering and design solutions to resolve them. Choosing to go through the ISO certification process is yet another statement that quality is central for us and we’ll always maintain the highest standards.”
To become ISO certified, Resolute Software went through a third-party evaluation that focused on the organization’s quality management procedures, documentation review, and overall business and engineering processes assessment. The ISO certifications ensures that we have solid, clearly defined procedures in place across all business and engineering areas.
Our decision to acquire and maintain ISO certificated is yet another manifestation of our commitment to offer full transparency and provide superior quality services to our customers.
It’s proof that we are planning to continue investing in sharpening our skillset, in ensuring leaner, customer-centric processes and procedures that we follow at every stage of customers’ projects. Being ISO compliant means that Resolute Software’s systems and processes are high-quality, consistent, and efficient at all times.
ISO Standards compliance is important, because it means:
- Worldwide acknowledgement and credibility
The ISO accreditation is administered by the International Organization for Standardization, based in Switzerland. The certificates they issue are globally recognized and assert the quality of operations and service an organization provides. - Enhancing internal procedures to acquire the accreditation
To achieve the ISO accreditation, the Resolute team had to analyze and reflect on the internal business and engineering processes and take them to the next level by implementing the ISO’s requirements. - Better skilled Resolute team
A company is only as great as its people. Our employees are seasoned professionals, with many decades of experience that possess high levels of energy and commitment. Acquiring and maintaining the ISO certifications encourages the team to raise the bar even higher and strive to achieve better synergies and superior quality in everything they do.
Congratulations to the entire Resolute team on the achievement!
