Similarly, our collaborations in healthcare ERP modernization and electronic health record (EHR) system development further solidified Resolute's reputation as the go-to technology partner in healthcare.

One of the company's standout moments was our website's triumph at the Web Excellence Awards. After a complete overhaul, we created a custom design system aligned with the latest trends and tailored to our needs and goals. The result? Our stunning website won gold in the IT/Computers category. This recognition, earned in a competition with over 950 entries from 27 countries, highlights Resolute's expertise, creativity, and engineering prowess. 

Another proud moment was securing the Bronze Stevie Award in the "Company of the Year" category for Business or Professional Services. This achievement celebrated two outstanding projects: revolutionizing global aviation technology with real-time data processing and modernizing public safety solutions. These projects underscore our commitment to innovation and societal progress. 

Modernization Accepted: Elevating conversations

Our podcast, Modernization Accepted, gained significant momentum in 2024. With a brand-new studio, we hosted insightful conversations with a variety of professionals—designers, marketers, IT experts, and business leaders. Each episode brought meaningful discussions and practical examples from real-world experiences, adding value to our growing audience. 

Resolute's podcast has firmly established itself as a trusted resource for tech leaders, with a growing viewership reflecting our conversations' meaningful impact. 

A people-first culture

Last year, Resolute proudly celebrated its fifth anniversary, a remarkable milestone showcasing our growth and successful journey. Alongside our achievements, we strengthened our bond as a team, warmly welcoming new talent and consistently supporting each other every step of the way. 

Promoting a healthy lifestyle has always been at the heart of our mission and values. That is why we launched our monthly Healthy Breakfasts initiative, where team members shared their culinary masterpieces, sparking inspiration and motivation through delicious recipes. Beyond the breakfast table, we continued to make a difference with our annual blood donation campaign. This heartfelt tradition underscores our dedication to supporting those in need and positively impacting our community.
